Gonzaga holds steady at the top for the second straight week. Oregon enters the Top 25 with an overtime win on the road against Washington, 80-77, a win on the road over Utah, 64-45, and an upset win on the road over then-21st ranked UCLA, 78-69. Virginia Commonwealth falls out of the rankings this week with a win on the road over St. Joseph's (PA), 82-79, a win on the road over Massachusetts, 71-62, and a loss on the road to then-16th ranked Saint Louis, 62-56. New Mexico got a big boost this week, soaring five spots to #10 after a win on the road over Wyoming, 59-46, a win on the road over San Diego State, 60-50, and a win on the road over UNLV, 63-56.
